Dolmadakia Yalantzi

This creation of rice and herbs rolled in vine leaves is such a delicious food served as an appetizer or a main meal in the Mediterranean. My favorite is the vegetarian version although some people add minced meat to make it a more filling meal. Herbs and spices vary depending on the region and you can get creative depending on your preferences.
You will learn how to prepare, stuff and cook this dish, and get to enjoy some as well. The trick is all in the way your roll! Fun instructive atmosphere that is enjoyable by all. Not only will you learn how to cook this meal but you will be infused with the atmosphere of a fun Greek cooking event. Our family spends much of our day in the kitchen, creating and chatting away with family and friends. Your instructors are Mediterranean themselves and bring that very unique flavor to the table.
Not only will you learn how to make the rice mixture from scratch but you will get to practice rolling and making perfectly tight grape-leaf cigars. In our home we usually make at least 100 at a time as everyone loves them and they disappear very fast!
