Your Instructors

Corinna is a Leadership & HeartMath Trauma coach, Board Certified Energy Medicine Professional, Wellness Educator & Chef. She grew up always running in and out of the kitchen, cooking and picking herbs and veggies from the garden with her mom and grandma and playing with farm animals at her home in Greece. When she started her own family and had kids, she realized how instinctive cooking had become for her and began exploring new and old recipes in her own kitchen. As allergies surfaced in her own family, she learned how to cook with gluten, dairy and soy free options. With years of experience, and along with her husband, she began teaching Mediterranean cooking classes at her local Whole Foods. People always seemed to love this kind of food and friends and associates alike would always ask where they could have a wholesome Greek food experience.
Private catering events, international competitions and large scale functions, continued to abound and provide more inspiration for cooking. In 2020 she published her first cookbook, A Mediterranean Infused Cookbook & Memoir- Seasonal and Allergen Free Cooking.
Corinna always strives to use the best ingredients, locally sourced and organic when possible. For teaching purposes, the recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with the instructor before attending the class so arrangements can be made. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

As someone who has always been interested in natural ways of staying healthy, vibrant and joyful, Corinna shares her ways of success in life. For the last 20 years she has helped many people revamp their life and find harmony and balance within, through Alternative Medicine, Lifestyle coaching and Cooking events.
Along with her husband Brian, they have been running a food event company called Karma Cook for over 15 years.

Brian has always had a passion for cooking and especially BBQ.
Since he was a small child he enjoyed spending time in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother, stirring the pot, making cookies and taking part in cooked meals.
Over the years he has perfected his barbecue techniques and has participated in many local and international BBQ competitions. He enjoys sharing his passion through cooking classes, events and community happenings. Another passion of his is making rubs and spices for his many creations. If you even had the good fortune of being handed a sample of his spices you have experienced the burst of flavor that makes his dishes even more special.

Brian has actively participated in Taste of Windsor, Taste of Fort Collins, and the 20/30 Suitcase Party where he shared his culinary delights with hundreds of people. Taking part in the 2019 GBA event, German BBQ Association, in Germany was an experience that took his expertise to another level. He is also actively involved in the annual Texas BBQ Bashes, offering the opportunity for free food, drinks and music to local Texas Oil & Gas involved patrons. In 2024, Corinna & Brian had the opportunity to once again take part in the World BBQ Association competition, in Stuttgart, Germany.

Whether it is BBQ, catering or just a fun back yard event you can always find Brian in front of one of his pits - and he has several!
